Eric Trujillo is an advocate and activist who received his BSW from Hunter College School of Social work with a concentration in Care Coordination. He has two years of experience focusing on case management, gerontology, health care access within marginalized populations, and over 10 years of experience in human rights activism. He is currently interning at Hudson Guild working with older adults in the Home Outreach Program for Elders, and hopes to pursue a career within palliative care in the near future.
