Kerima Amer holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from CUNY York College. She is currently obtaining her MSW at the Silberman School of Social work at Hunter College in Clinical Practice with Individuals, Families, and Groups. Kerima has experience working in school and foster care settings and has a passion for working with children who are nonverbal and have special needs. She hopes to one day be a School Social Worker and eventually own a private practice in Egypt, her homeland, focused on the mental health needs of women and children. Kerima looks forward to becoming an advocate for those without a voice.
