Marissa Milazzo is entering her final year in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at Hunter College.  She currently works as a Registered Nurse in an adult inpatient psychiatric unit.  Marissa graduated from Sacred Heart University with her BSN and worked on an oncology unit for several years post-graduation.  During the pandemic, she realized mental health was her passion and transferred to the psychiatric unit in 2020.  In her free time, she likes to travel and go on long walks with her dog.  Marissa is honored to be a 2023-2024 Cabrini-Hunter Fellow and can’t wait to graduate with the hopes to develop her own private practice providing affordable and accessible mental health care.
