Natalia Hildevert is a first-generation college student pursuing her Master of Social Work focusing on Clinical Practice with Individuals, Families, and Groups at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. Her dedication to pursue a degree in social work stems from her own past experiences in foster care, and her time as a high school ACT teacher serving students predominantly from low income neighborhoods. Natalia hopes to pursue her dreams of working in the foster care industry for the sole purpose that children get a second chance at a loving home. Another strong goal Natalia wants to focus on is to ensure students have access to a proper education and the access to basic human needs. Natalia truly believes in a “All kids can, this kid can” mentality.
