Kristina is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Hunter-Bellevue College of Nursing. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from Fordham University, and completed her nursing studies at New York University through an accelerated BSN program. She has worked in both maternity care and psychiatry. Kristina is especially interested in the history of psychiatry and the way social movements have shaped established standards of care. She is excited to work with and learn from students studying in the MSW program. Her goal after graduating is to provide care that is therapeutic, conscientious and socially aware.
