Nayab Qureshi was born and raised in New York and is pursuing her graduate degree at Silberman School of Social Work in Harlem. Her passion for social work began in her later years of high school where she recognized the lack of mental health awareness within the Muslim community.   Aspiring change, she created and presented a seminar at her high school and local middle school and hopes to become a therapist for the Muslim community in which she was born and raised.
