Ting Liu is a second-generation Chinese American from Queens, New York, and an incoming first-year student in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MS) program at Hunter College. She currently serves as a float RN in Internal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine Primary Care, bringing four years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Ting is a compassionate nurse committed to breaking down barriers to care and advancing health equity, particularly for underserved communities. Guided by her passion for patient education and mental health advocacy, she empowers individuals with the knowledge and support they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Through the Cabrini-Hunter Fellowship, she hopes to deepen her skills in interprofessional collaboration, expand access to quality mental health care, and advocate for equity across all communities she serves.
