Olga Tratseuskaya is pursuing her Master of Social Work at the Silberman School of Social Work. She is preparing to begin her field placement at the Selfhelp Community Services SHASAM program, where she will support the geriatric population through person-centered care. She is transitioning from a career in tax accounting, having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Baruch College, where she developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring skills. Her commitment to service deepened through volunteer work with the House of Good Deeds in New York. While completing her social work studies, she is particularly interested in serving immigrant populations. As an immigrant from Eastern Europe, she feels a strong desire to support this community with cultural understanding and compassion. She is honored to be part of the Cabrini-Hunter Fellowship and looks forward to collaborating with the program to make a meaningful impact.
